Our Service Group provides local service throughout the United States consisting of over 200 field service technicians who are factory-trained professionals with experience in electronic, mechanical and electrical systems. During the hiring process, every technician is thoroughly screened and must complete and pass a drug test, criminal background test and driver’s license checks. Ongoing technical training and critical interpersonal skills training insures that your equipment is serviced right the first time. When service calls are received, our inside support team will dispatch the appropriate local technician to ensure they are on-site within your required time. In most situations our technicians will be on-site within 24-48 hours.

An effective parts management program is essential to any service organization. With one centralized warehouse, we are able to maintain varied levels of parts inventory based on our customer needs and requirements. In addition to supporting our current line of commercial products, we also supply original parts for the following brands of consumer scooters previously marketed and sold by Ortho-Kinetics, Inc. and EZ International.
