The Pony Express 1065-LITHIUM electric tugger with its swappable battery pack enables 24/7 heavy duty tug operation in a compact design. When the battery pack on the tugger signals a low charge level, a quick swap between the tug and charging stand battery packs keeps the power mover energized for production. Not only are the Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries light enough to allow the swappable pack to meet OSHA standards, they also create a safer work environment, are safe for transport, they’re longer-lasting, and environmentally friendly at disposal.

As with the standard 1065 battery powered tug, the very compact design allows safe navigation of tight hallways and manufacturing aisles while moving heavy loads. Carts can be attached using standard or custom hitches and couplers. The ergonomic tiller head design is height-adjustable to suit the operator. With the flexibility, reliability, and comfort you expect from a 1065 tug, the applications are endless in manufacturing and other industrial environments, healthcare, hospitality, retail, pharmaceutical, and the food & beverage industry.
